Alana Thompson aka “Honey Boo Boo” is an American reality star and child beauty pageant contestant. She rose to stardom on the TLC reality series Here Comes Honey Boo Boo (2012-14). Her screen credits also include Toddlers and Tiaras (2012-13) and Mama June: From Not to Hot (2017). She was nominated for a Teen Choice Award for Choice TV Female Reality Star. Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson was named as a celebrity contestant on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars: Juniors. She was partnered with professional dancer Tristan Ianiero. Their mentor is Russian-American Latin dancer Artem Chigvintsev. Dancing with the Stars: Juniors is set to premiere on October 7, 2018.
