Eagle Police have located the person seen in the photo and determined that he is not involved in the burglaries. Eagle Police are still searching for a suspect in the robbery cases now that this suspect has been cleared.

Eagle Police are looking for a burglary suspect seen in the Two Rivers and Banbury subdivision Tuesday night that may be connected to home burglaries in the same area late last year.

The man was seen looking through widows at a home on Lake Pointe Way Tuesday night and ran away after being confronted by a homeowner. Ada County Sheriff's Office asks anyone with info to call dispatch at (208)377-6790.
